Originally founded in Vidalia, Louisiana, C&M has been proudly serving up fresh boiled Crawfish for over 15 years. Now, we are continuing the family legacy by bringing C&M to Baton Rouge - as The Crawchicks!

In an industry dominated by male boilers, owners Lily and Maka have proven themselves to be some of the best in the business. In their first two seasons they have taken 1st Place in both the Judges and People’s choice competitions at Crawfete 2025, as well as placing Silver in The Advocate’s Best of Baton Rouge Crawfish category. And they are just getting started!
